It's been created to be part of this nice initiative which is Neocities, it reminds me of my first web page as student home page at the university, it's a good opportunity to build a part of the Small web, and as such, it will be a laboratory for playing with home made HTML pages and CSS, without using a CMS. I might explore small CSS frameworks and light client-side Javascript libraries, but that's just the first ideas that come at start, there is yet a full map to draw, and possibilities to explore...
